The most precipitation of 7.24" appears to have come from LPWB. Evidently, LPWB (Reading 3.5 SW in CoCoRaHS) is considered as a valid representation of Reading.
Nevertheless, numerous unofficial, but reasonable, measurements on 8 October 2005 are considerably greater. The greatest reported was 10.46" in Rockland Township, SW of Fredericksville. Other huge rainfall reports in Berks County included Morgantown 9.90, New Berlinville 9.89, Alleghenyville 9.59, Bally 9.50, Gouglersville 8.00, and Fleetwood 7.85.
