RDG Normal Set (1991 - 2020)

This normal set was computed by LPWB using a smoothed daily averaging algorithm for all 365/366 days of each year over the said 30-year period, and feeding complete daily data for all 10,958 days as input, which includes data from the Reading 4 NNW co-op before and including February 1999 and data from Reading Regional Airport Spaatz Field (RDG) thereafter.   The NOAA/NCEI algorithm or the dataset the NWS uses for RDG (Spaatz Field) might differ and produce slightly different results.
